Get Assistive Technology

WATAP partners with local, regional, and national organizations to bring valuable services to Washington State residents. Once individuals have made a decision about the assistive technology that will work best for them, finding a way to obtain the device is the next step. Below are programs available to Washington residents to help them acquire devices through nontraditional funding sources.

Alternative financing

Through our partners at the Northwest Access Fund individuals have an alternative option for financing AT devices and services, home and vehicle modifications, or business equipment.

Equipment reuse

Get high quality, gently used equipment at a lower cost than new through our Evergreen Reuse Coalition partners. Exchange, sell, or buy gently used equipment online using the AT Classified.

iCanConnect: National Deaf-Blind Equipment Distribution

Through partnership with the Perkins School for the Blind, WATAP provides telecommunications equipment to eligible applicants who are visually and hearing impaired.
